Now the pic on the right is off season so still carying a bit more body fat that stage ready but comparing these pics 1 year apart it is a feeling of acomplishment because even with challenges the game still went on.. The desire to improve is there... When we reach a plateau..no biggie work with it tweak the plan... Everyone I work with needs constant tweaking we don't stay with a plan for extended periods of time... I too seek advise from professionals I don't want to get stuck in my box... Having a coach assist you with your dreams is a very beneficial move IMO.. Coaches can help you to move forward .....assist you when you are stuck......... work with your particular needs .. BUT U my friends need to put the effort in too it's hard work...but I assure you it's always a great feeling to move forward...make progress........Cookie cutter training or meal planning isn't as effective as individual focus..... I feel the constant tweaking is the key to making some real progress ... If we are to put the effort out there lets make it work to its potential! So heres to the new year and looking forward to the progress YOU can make...What's it going to be? HMMMMMMM........
ONE YEAR APART.....pic on left was in the heat of some injuries couldn't work out as planned...but it was when the mind said ok deal with it...work with your issues and make this happen...Being one who doesn't believe that we need to give up because we are over fourty or any other excuse..by all means no we don't give up we need to grab the bull by the horns and make a decision to work with what we have. Being a trainer who is not 25 anymore I have been through a few journeys in my life and know I will have more to come...What I know is we may need to modify the plan at times... sure but we still can work towards our dreams... always shoot tfor the stars...
