It's that time of year.. getting some calls asking about training..people saying I don't want to compete just be fit and have curves.. can I do this!
Peak week is here I have some lovely ladies stepping on stage this year ! Minnesota Mayhem is so fun!! Congrats to Sam for working so very hard in the gym! She has managed to train as a vegetarian and let me tell you I have needed to be creative in assisting her with recipes!! If you can spend 30-60 mins a days on a goal in 30 days you will begin to see the effects of your time spent! Most people spend more time then is needed and burn out....make it doable so the longterm lifestyle can florish and keep the fire burning within! |
