Generic - Stevia In the Raw, 6 tsp.
Water - 4 cup
Bob's Red Mill - Dry Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1.25 cup, dry (48g)
No Name - Chopped Walnuts (Per Tbsp), 3 Tbsp
Simply Organic - Ground Cinnamon, 3 TBSP
Generic - Organic Paul Newmans Raisins, 1/4 cup
Torani - Classic Caramel Flavor Syrup, Sugar Free, 6 tbsp
Optimum Nutrition - Gold Standard Whey Protien - French Vanilla Creme, 5 rounded scoop (31g)
(approximate) per serving

Mix all ingredients in big bowl pour in mini loaf 8 pan for 8 servings
or muffins for 16 which 2 = 1 serving in muffin pan if 16 made…
Cook 350 degree for ~ 50 mins
May add 1 tsp Waldens caramel syrup on top when eating.
I personally let these cool then put in sandwich baggies ...to reheat microwave for 120-130 sec on high...tadaaa....ready to eat...I also apply wardens after heated...
