Post shoulder repair.....Surgery caused atrophy...9 months later with many hours of training a well balanced work out and food plan ...... Patience is important .....when you feel you have had enough take a deep breath and step up to the plate... dig in and give it another round... Age isn't an excuse to to pack in the towel......At 49 I say keep your will to strive high in check..... make it happen...We never stop learning and we can always make improvements!

Making change isn't always easy..... but once we set our mind to change patterns, we see wonderful results! With steady well planned foods..... timed eating and of course prepping we can make these changes and yes still have a life... Eat clean is my motto and I am pleased to share a client who has made some fabulous changes in her life. It's my pleasure to assist her and watch her morph along the way...But it's so much more........ Because we work on lifestyle change not quick flips...It's about eating ..Yes we need food and we need exercise they fuel our mind body and soul..... Game on! pic on left 8 days befor show cutting and on right 3 weeks from last show...eating working out although I am taking it a little easy with my glutes because I dealing with a over trained hamstring which I am trying to heal... so the next 4-6 weeks shall be not at my usual waaaaaaa! Plans are next show 29 weeks and another 30 weeks.... the weight change here is ~ 4 lbs in these comparison...my typical wt variation off and on is 5-8 lbs tops..It's shocking how after u cut you thing where did my muscle go..lol ie shoulders! back to the drawing board! |
