We don't do quick we do lifestyle changes... this is indeed a long term lifestyle change..It's about eating clean and realizing that we can eat and we can plan ahead and prepping is our friend...so many people feel the prepping is work... and without food set aside the way most of us fly these days..we often hit the wall grabbing poor choices.....
.We need to have our meals in some order! I asked my client what her experience was to date...her answer was... "Having more structure with food and exercise.... and timing" .... She also did mention that she never felt alone if she ever had questions...
Which may I add made me smile...Because I pride myself of being there for my people...I really want my people to see outside the bubble that these lifestyle changes are long term and that yes of course we can still enjoy life..but if we are on a mission...we do need to dig in for a bit...you can't have a dream and 1 week into it say time to party... That comes in time IMO...
Of course my coaching is that I cannot say you must eat this and do that...I am here as a coach to give suggestions and feedback...to assist you with roviding links with information if you are looking for more information...I like to believe I am always trying to educate ...support....cheer you on! Congrats to Amity who is a rockstar and has some serious muscles already popping....She is a responder to exercise and clean eating....
