Viking I said k skinny girl go get what you want! I kicked my own ass non stop fed my body well with help plotting from Ruben (FTBIYK) and stepped on the stage.... this picture is from that day! Yes I could have used more delts and a bigger back to compete but I went up there and stood tall because I was proud of my personal accomplishment! I also took home 3 tropies top three in three different categories..What a day of success for my entire mind body and spirit! Next show I hope to be sporting bigger back and some delts...........Maybe it will take me longer and maybe I will feel some pain but I CAN.........
YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TOO!
So starting today no more excuses take control of your life...when you fall off the wagon get your butt back up... shake off the dust and get back in the game!

It takes 12 minutes for nourishment to reach your brain. How long do your meals take? You will be amazed at how short most of them are. You can be finished with fast food long before your brain even knows you have started! And you may still think you are hungry. Stretch out your meals by at least four minutes longer than you do now.
Use applesauce for oil; olive oil for butter; egg whites (or egg beaters) for whole eggs; non-fat yogurt for sour cream; air-popped pop corn for potato chips.
Replace some of the hamburger meat with mashed beans.
Protein is your friend make sure you are incorporating some with healthy carbs every ~3 hours
Don't miss breakfast. Lunch will be 18 hours from your last meal and your body will be in FAT storage mode.

Safe injury free exercise does require that you use safe techniques and of course consult with your medical professional first before engaging in vigorous activities. New to the game start off slow and build on it!
