Now I am not saying things don't arise that might change the plan slightly or sometimes change your plan in a big way but we can still work towards out goals!
When life gets busy sometimes we need to modify if you cannot do your entire work out don't pack in the bag... do what you can it's much better then nothing! But don't make excuses simply because you are not drawing from your willpower to try and really give it your all...I mean REALLY not 50% not 75% To me giving it your all is 90-100% I say 90-100% because sometimes we do have things in life that do require we modify plans...
But..... If you REALLY want to be successful in 2014 with your fitness/wellness goals you do need to be accountable for all your decisions! Don't over book! Don't skip a work out becasue you can't do a full one...Listen to your body....make sure you get your sleep...Plan ahead ...prep your meals for the week!
