Note from Coach Sandy... This was only 3 month...What dedication to sculpting can bring is an amazing thing... It takes time and continued practice with switching things up! Also of course we need balance to work in life...but when one incorpates a specific work out plan geared to sculpting the results are endless! Also as we age we must continue to be targeted in our practice of work outs and clean eating!
