This past January I completely hated my body. I was the heaviest I have ever been. My stomach would hang over my jeans…. that not too long ago were too big for me.
I was always uncomfortable sitting at my desk because my pants would dig into my stomach and thighs. I would buy the "fat jeans", just for another month to go by and my "fat jeans" turned into my skinny jeans.
I felt horrible…
Iam someone who holds a lot of their weight in their lower body (lower stomach, hips, butt, thighs) trying jeans on at the store was my worst nightmare. I would leave with no jeans and would just feel completely miserable for the rest of the day…. I stayed away from all the cute trendy clothes because I thought I looked hideous in everything…. I stayed away from the scale too because I knew I would not like the number ..
I am getting married in August 2015. I decided, in November 2014, I needed to do something about my weight and quit moping and complaining about it!
I wanted to look and feel beautiful inside and out on my wedding day!
I wanted to feel comfortable in a swimsuit for the summer too! so I could actually enjoy myself on the lakes I love so much in Minnesota!
I have always been good about going to the gym, lifting weights, getting cardio in, but the one thing I could not do for myself was eat healthy…. I would go out at least 6 times a week, and I would eat my entire dish of whatever was put in front of me. Such as Olive Garden pasta with about 5 breadsticks!
I knew I needed to be held accountable for my meals.
My daily gym sessions were doing absolutely nothing for my weight problem. I decided to ask for help with a Meal Coach at Anytime Fitness in November…I was looking for someone to help me with my meals options/choices/guidance.
That is when Sandy came into my life😊 and boy has she CHANGED IT FOR THE BETTER!! I have lost 25lbs since January and I owe my happiness to her! She is SO knowledgeable in the nutrition field and really caters to what YOUR individual body needs with options!
I did not go to the gym once between January and March, and I was down 15lbs. What you eat is really the most important part to losing weight!
Sandy is so incredibly friendly and helpful! I could really tell she wanted what was best for me! I would text her questions early in the morning, late evenings, weekends... And she would always have an answer promptly…After meeting with her just a couple times I completely trusted her meal options and felt great after just 1 week!
My skin cleared up, I was in a better mood, I lost 6lbs! It gave me the motivation to keep going. I would recommend Sandy to any of my friends in a heartbeat!
Like she always says "If you follow meal options, you WILL succeed." That statement is 100% true. If you put your trust and effort into Sandy's meal options/tips you WILL lose that stubborn weight! And you can feel great and happy again!
