Now understand the training has always been 5 days a week of lifting!

This doesn’t happen with years of cardio! It’s about sculpting 🏋🏼♀️
The RipDown is a combination of adding in cardio and tweaking food!
Oh yes hand in hand they must be!
I am pretty pleased with my 54 year old self/ coach 😀
